The Annual Maintenance Contract covers all scheduled preventive maintenance visits, priority response for breakdowns, and labour for all repair call-outs within the contract period.

A typical annual contract follows a structured schedule — agreed at the start and managed by our team throughout the year.
Technician conducts a baseline machine health assessment. Current condition is documented, any immediate issues are resolved, and the preventive visit schedule is set for the year.
Four scheduled visits per year as standard. Each visit includes internal cleaning, calibration, roller and feed system checks, and a written service report with findings.
Contract clients receive priority queue for breakdown call-outs. Labour for all repair visits is covered — parts are invoiced separately at agreed rates.
A full year-end assessment is conducted. Service history, parts usage, and machine health are reviewed. Renewal terms are presented 30 days before contract expiry.
