Contact us

Call, WhatsApp, or email with your machine details and a description of the issue. Our team confirms receipt immediately and raises a service ticket.

Technician assigned

A certified engineer is assigned based on your machine brand and location. You receive a confirmation with the expected arrival window.

On-site diagnosis

The technician arrives with a full toolkit and a stock of common OEM parts. They diagnose the issue on-site and advise on the fix before proceeding.

Repair & resolution

The majority of issues are resolved on the first visit. Where parts need to be ordered, a return visit is scheduled at the earliest availability.

Test & handover

The repaired machine is tested to confirm full functionality before the technician leaves. A signed service report is issued on the spot.

Follow-up

Our team follows up within 48 hours to confirm the machine is operating correctly. Any outstanding issues are escalated immediately.
