How much does copier rental cost in Saudi Arabia?

OMARATIX copier rental starts from SAR 350 per month for an A4 mono multifunction (Starter plan), SAR 850 per month for an A3 colour multifunction (Business plan), and SAR 1,800 per month for high-volume A3 colour with finisher options (Enterprise plan).

All plans include the machine, toner, and onsite service. Final pricing depends on monthly print volume, contract length, and delivery location. See all rental plans.

What is included in the monthly rental fee?

Every OMARATIX rental plan covers:

  • The multifunction copier (new, demo, or refurbished depending on plan)
  • Original or hybrid toner, shipped before depletion
  • Drum and developer
  • Onsite delivery, network setup, and user training
  • Unlimited service calls with onsite repair
  • End-of-term swap, upgrade, or return

Paper is not included.

Can I rent a copier short-term?

Standard contracts run 12 to 36 months for A4 and A3 office rentals, and 24 to 60 months for high-volume Enterprise plans. Project-based short-term rentals (3+ months) are available on request.

Which brands of copier can I rent?

OMARATIX rents across 11 brands - Canon, Konica Minolta, Sharp, Ricoh, Xerox, HP, Brother, Toshiba, Kyocera, Samsung, and Kodak Alaris. Most rentals centre on Canon, Konica Minolta, Sharp, and Ricoh A3 multifunction copiers.

How fast is your service response?

Most service calls in Jeddah are resolved onsite within 24 hours. Business plans include priority response, Enterprise plans include same-day onsite SLA. If a major repair is needed, we provide a replacement unit so your office stays operational.

What is the minimum contract length?

The standard minimum is 12 months on Starter and Business plans. Enterprise plans run 24 to 60 months. Shorter agreements are negotiable for specific projects.

Copier sales

What is the difference between Korean and European copier variants?

Korean variants (e.g. Canon DX C3926, NPG-series toner) are typically lower priced and use NPG toner cartridges.

European variants (Canon DX C3926i, CEXV-series toner) are slightly more expensive, use CEXV toner, and often include the latest firmware and feature set.

Both deliver the same print speed and quality - the choice usually comes down to total cost of ownership including toner pricing.

Do you sell new and refurbished copiers?

Yes. New machines come with full manufacturer warranty. Refurbished and demo units are also available at lower price points - all tested, serviced, and supplied with a vendor warranty. Refurbished options typically reduce upfront cost by 30 to 50 percent.

Is installation and user training included?

Yes. Every rental, lease, and purchase includes onsite delivery, network configuration, scan-to-email and scan-to-folder setup, and a user training session. Removal of old equipment is included on request.

Do you supply original OEM toner?

Yes. We supply both original (OEM) toner and high-quality hybrid alternatives. Most rental plans default to original toner; hybrid options are available where they meet performance and yield requirements at lower cost.

What warranty applies to a copier purchase?

New copiers come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty by default, extendable to 2 or 3 years via Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Refurbished units include a vendor warranty of 6 to 12 months depending on the model.

IT hardware

What IT equipment does OMARATIX supply?

Workstations, laptops, network switches, Fortinet firewalls, Wi-Fi access points, structured cabling, and UPS systems - alongside copiers and printers. We source, configure, and stay accountable for uptime.

Can you provide bulk corporate pricing on workstations and laptops?

Yes. Bulk corporate pricing is available on rollouts of 5 units or more. Pre-deployment configuration, asset tagging, and onsite installation are included.

Do you offer pre-deployment configuration?

Yes. We can pre-image, domain-join, install standard software, configure email and shared drives, and asset-tag every device before delivery so the user is up and running on day one.

What laptop and workstation brands do you carry?

Lenovo, HP, and Dell are our most-used brands for workstations and laptops. We can source other brands on request based on customer preference or compliance requirements.

Networking & security

Which firewall brands do you supply?

We specialise in Fortinet FortiGate firewalls for SMB to enterprise networks. Sizing, configuration, FortiGuard subscriptions, and renewals are all handled in-house.

Can you size and configure a Fortinet firewall for my office?

Yes. We perform a needs assessment - user count, throughput requirements, VPN/SD-WAN needs, security profile - and recommend the right FortiGate model with the appropriate FortiGuard bundle. Installation, policy setup, and user onboarding are included.

Do you handle Wi-Fi planning?

Yes. We handle Wi-Fi access point sizing, channel planning, and onsite installation. We typically deploy FortiAP, Aruba, or Ubiquiti depending on the network design.

What network switches do you carry?

Cisco and managed FortiSwitch are our defaults. We also supply unmanaged switches for smaller deployments and PoE switches for cameras and access points.

CCTV & surveillance

Which CCTV brands do you install?

Hikvision IP cameras and NVRs are our primary offering, complemented by other authorised partner brands depending on the use case (low-light, thermal, ANPR, etc.).

What does CCTV consulting include?

Onsite risk and coverage assessment, camera placement plan, NVR storage sizing, network and PoE planning, installation, configuration, monitoring station setup, and user training.

Do you offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for CCTV?

Yes. AMC plans cover preventive maintenance (lens cleaning, firmware updates, storage health), breakdown support, and where applicable replacement parts. Plans typically run on a 12-month renewal cycle.

Can you upgrade my existing CCTV system?

Yes. We can audit your current system, identify gaps in coverage or storage, and propose targeted upgrades (camera replacements, NVR upgrade, additional cameras) without ripping out everything you already have.

UPS systems

What size UPS do I need for my office?

UPS sizing depends on connected load and required runtime. As a guideline:

  • Small office (1-5 people, 1 copier): 1 to 3 kVA
  • 10-person office with 1 copier and 1 server: 3 to 6 kVA online UPS
  • 20-50 person office: 6 to 20 kVA
  • Server room: typically 20 kVA+ with extended battery cabinets

We perform onsite load assessments before recommending a unit.

What UPS brands do you supply?

APC and Eaton are our primary UPS brands, available in line-interactive and online double-conversion configurations. We also supply other partner brands on request.

Is battery replacement covered?

Battery replacement contracts are available as an add-on. Lead-acid UPS batteries typically last 3 to 5 years; we monitor battery health and proactively replace before failure.

Can a UPS protect a copier or printer?

Generally not recommended. Most office copiers draw high current at warm-up that can overload a small UPS. We recommend a dedicated voltage stabiliser or a properly-sized industrial UPS if continuous protection is required.

Where is OMARATIX located?

OMARATIX is headquartered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, serving clients across the Kingdom. Onsite service coverage is focused in the Western Region (Jeddah, Mecca, Madinah) with on-call coverage to Riyadh, the Eastern Region, and the rest of KSA.

Do you serve outside Jeddah?

Yes. We deliver and support copiers and IT equipment Kingdom-wide. Onsite service response is fastest in Jeddah and the Western Region (typically same-day or next-day); other regions are typically 48 to 72 hours.

How quickly can you deliver and install?

Standard delivery and installation in Jeddah is 3 to 7 business days from contract sign-off, depending on stock. Same-week delivery is possible for in-stock models. Outside Jeddah, allow 7 to 14 days.

What payment options do you accept?

Bank transfer (Saudi banks), corporate cheque, and rental contracts billed monthly. Credit terms (Net 30 / Net 60) are available for established corporate clients. All invoices are VAT compliant.

Is OMARATIX VAT-registered in Saudi Arabia?

Yes. OMARATIX is registered with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and is VAT compliant. All invoices include the company's CR (Commercial Registration) and VAT registration numbers as required by ZATCA.
